Back by popular demand, our now-annual holiday beer dinner at Ranger Creek Brewery features:

A four-course beer dinner (Saison savory pumpkin soup! La Bestia-brined turkey! OPA mashers! Bourbon pecan pie with Mesquite Porter whipped cream!) with beer infusions and pairings, recipes and tasting notes, and possible surprise takeaways. A portion of proceeds will go to local food banks. Rob’s take: ”It’s basically going to roll as a regular Thanksgiving dinner, starting with a small portion of the food and the beer so attendees can taste and understand the pairings. And then at the end, they’ll enjoy a flight of beers with a full plate of the food.” You can feel the foodcoma already.
